Wir sind stolz und freuen uns, bekannt geben zu können, dass Wetac und Intercel, zwei führende niederländische Unternehmen im Markt für Blei- und Lithiumbatterien, sich mit dem 7. April zusammenschließen, um das Wachstum in Europa zu beschleunigen. Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt in der Strategie beider Unternehmen. Das Ziel ist, bis Januar 2026 vollständig integriert zu sein, danach werden wir gemeinsam unter dem Namen “Intercel Group” weitermachen.

Zwei Unternehmen, eine Zukunft
Both Wetac and Intercel are known for high-quality products, excellent service and strong value for money. Together, we play a leading role in four key segments:
- Motive: Cyclic batteries among others for sectors such as mobility, cleaning, agri etc,
- Standby: Backup power including for UPS in telecom & data centers, healthcare, security, etc,.
- Storage: Energy storage systems including for grid congestion and peak shaving,
- Electrification: custom lithium battery solutions for electrification of machinery.
