Intercel Strategically Expands Its Energy Storage Portfolio with Eenovance

Haarlem, 07-07-2026 – Intercel has entered into a strategic partnership with Eenovance, a manufacturer of energy storage systems designed specifically for the European market. Through this collaboration, Intercel is expanding its portfolio and offering customers greater choice in the rapidly growing energy storage market.

Demand for energy storage is increasing rapidly across Europe, while customer requirements continue to diversify. Some organizations prefer a Dutch-engineered solution with comprehensive support and customization options, while others are looking for a reliable energy storage solution that complies with European standards at an attractive investment level.

To address these diverse needs, Intercel selected Eenovance following an extensive evaluation process that included the assessment of more than thirty international suppliers and visits to multiple manufacturing facilities.

Quality and Safety

“Customers want choice, but they are not willing to compromise on quality and safety,” says Jeroen Pietryga, CEO of Intercel Group. “With Eenovance, we are adding a no-nonsense brand that is an excellent fit for the European market and meets our high standards for reliability and performance. By ‘no-nonsense’, we mean focusing on what truly matters. Customers receive a dependable product with all the essential functionality, while additional features have been deliberately omitted. This enables us to offer a highly competitive price without compromising the quality of the core product.”

Strong Reputation

The partnership also represents an important milestone for Eenovance as it continues to expand its presence in Europe. “Intercel has built a strong reputation across Europe for its expertise in energy storage, technical know-how, and customer support,” says Walter van Loon, Regional Director at Eenovance. “That makes Intercel the ideal partner to strengthen our position in the European market.”
