Every pack is composed of several critical components, from BMS and thermal management to chargers and IoT modules, each available in different configurations. Depending on your duty cycle, available space and safety requirements, you can select the components that fit best, or let our engineers advise you on the optimal setup. Battery cell technology
When electrifying a machine, you have two fundamental choices: build with individual cells or build with standard modules. At Intercel, we support both, because each approach offers distinct advantages. Cell-based builds give you maximum freedom in shape, dimensions and capacity, allowing us to use every millimetre of available space to achieve the highest possible energy density. Module-based builds offer commercial and logistical benefits, with faster integration and cost efficiency
You have full freedom in battery chemistry. We typically recommend the latest generation Lithium LFP because it combines high safety, long life, fast charging and sustainability (no cobalt). But depending on your application, LTO (ultra-fast charging, extremely high cycle life up to 30.000 cycles) or NMC (very high energy density) can be the better match.
