What is an off-highway battery pack?
Off-highway battery packs are engineered specifically for machines that work long hours, carry heavy loads and face constant stress from dust, moisture, vibration and temperature changes. Unlike standard mobility batteries, off-highway packs prioritise ruggedness, uptime, safety and thermal stability above all else.
Every pack we design is built to:
- handle high power peaks and intensive duty cycles
- operate safely in tough environments
- maintain performance under vibration, dust and impact
- integrate with ECU, CAN communication and machine controls
- deliver long lifecycle and predictable uptime
These are not automotive batteries. They are purpose-built energy systems for hard-working machines.

Off-highway battery packs from Cellpower
At Intercel we develop off-highway battery packs from our own brand Cellpower. However, if you need a white labeled battery pack or want us to create a battery pack using your own brand guidelines, we can definitely do that for you. Charging your off-highway machines
Charging an off-highway machine often requires more than a standard grid connection. Many worksites lack sufficient on-site power or experience fluctuating demand. To support reliable charging in these environments, Intercel offers mobile energy storage systems that deliver stable AC or DC power wherever your machine operates.
