Tailored for mounted forklift Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), this battery pack delivers 83V and 200Ah (17 kWh) in a compact form. This compact design addresses the need for exceptional energy density within limited space, providing consistent power for efficient forklift operation. What’s more, it offers versatility, allowing charging from a 24V supply directly from the truck the forklift is mounted on.
Challenge
The customised battery solution needs to match the need for power of the electric driveline in the forklift, while enabling fast and flexible charging on the road or at any given location. Therefore cell technology with the highest energy density was used in combination with multiple charging options, including 24V charging directly from the truck. Needless to say that the sturdy casing as well as all the electronic components are designed and mounted to withstand shocks and vibrations that come with the job.
Customised CLPL 200-83 Forklift Battery
The CLPL 200-83 forklift battery was built in close collaboration the OEM in order to provide emission free and zero noise forklift operation, just from the back of the truck.
